SERVICES
- Installation -- M & M Wood floors offers handcrafted
hardwood flooring surfaces from the raw product ranging from 1
1/2" to 3 1/4" widths in a variety of wood species. M & M uses
only the finest milled 4-sided tongue and grooved flooring available
which is then hand nailed into a tight well-constructed hardwood
surface. Wider widths and samples are available upon request.
- Finishing -- Each hardwood project is meticulously
sanded with a high tech drum sander and edger while corners are
hand-scraped. Thin layers of oil or water base finish are applied
to produce a resilient end product. Even pre-existing floors can
be restored to beyond original beauty. Repairs are done as needed.
- Maintenance -- Refinished or newly installed hard wood
floors can be revitalized with a light buffing, extensive cleaning
and series of coats of oil or water base finish. Vinegar and water
is recommended for everyday cleaning.
 Stairways -- Handcrafted stairways including treads,
risers, and kickplates are available in a variety of woods, grades,
and widths. Patterns and installation of posts and spindles can
complete the package.
- In-Lay Patterns -- A newly acquired art form, M & M Wood
Floors design patterns to accent fireplaces, kitchen islands,
entryways, and landings. How about a border design?
- Hardwood Vents -- Flush mount floor vents and wall mount
vents in matching wood are recommended to complete your hardwood
flooring project.
